The Role of Teachers in Improving the Ability to Recognize Number Symbols in Children Ages 4-5 years

This study aims to explore the role of teachers in improving the ability to recognize number symbols in children aged 4-5 years because there are still many children who cannot recognize number symbols 1-10, lack of creativity in children in recognizing number symbols 1-10, lack of curiosity in recognizing number symbols 1-10 and lack of mentioning number symbols 1-10. From the several problems above, the purpose of this study is to find out what are the roles of teachers in improving the ability to recognize number symbols, by using a qualitative descriptive research type, this research technique with data collection used is observation, interviews, documentation. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that: the role of teachers in improving the ability to recognize number symbols in children aged 4-5 years is very important, this can be assessed from: (1). The role of teachers in improving the ability to recognize number symbols is to introduce number symbols 1-10 by teaching the smallest numbers first 1-10. (2) the role of teachers in improving the ability to recognize number symbols by preparing interesting media before the learning process takes place. Inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing the ability to recognize number symbols include: (1) internal factors, factors from the child, (2) external factors, namely family and environment. Family and environment also greatly influence children in increasing their abilities.

Use of Deixis Persona in Habiburrahman El Shirazy's Novel The Fading Charm of Cleopatra

This study aims to describe the use of deiksis persona in the novel The Fade of Cleopatra Charm by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with an analysis technique on the content of the novel text. The results of the study show that the types of persona deiksis used in the novel The Fading of Cleopatra's Charm include: (1) singular and plural first persona deiksis, (2) singular and plural second persona deiksis, and (3) singular and plural third persona deiksis. Each type of persona deiksis has a different function according to the context and reference. The first persona deiksis singularly is me and me, while the first persona deiksis is plural us and us. The singular second persona deiksis used is you and you, while the plural second persona deiksis is you. The third persona deiksis consists of the singular third persona deiksis, namely him and him, while the third persona deiksis is plural, namely them. The deiksis persona in this novel helps shape the dynamics of relationships between characters, provides emotional context, and enriches the narrative with diverse perspectives.

This research addresses the use of persuasive language in Instagram posts of Mie Gacoan's account during February 2024, with a pragmatic approach to understanding the meaning hidden behind speech. The persuasive language used is designed to attract the audience's attention through a relaxed style, humor, and relevance to everyday life. With a pragmatic approach, this research analyzes the relationship between form, meaning and context in the language used. In Mie Gacoan's Instagram Account post, persuasive language is used to build emotional connections with the audience, effectively convey promotional messages, and create engaging communication experiences. Through descriptive qualitative methods, the study identified and grouped data by specific categories, resulting in a deep understanding of the persuasive strategies applied. The results show that the use of persuasive language combined with a pragmatic approach can increase the attractiveness of posts, as well as be effective in influencing the audience to take the desired action.

Contextual Meaning in the novel Kau, Aku dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah by Tere Liye

This study aims to examine the contextual meaning contained in the novel Kau, Aku, and Sepucuk Angpau Merah by Tere Liye. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source in this study is the novel Kau, Aku, and Sepucuk Angpau Merah by Tere Liye. The data collection technique is through an in-depth reading technique of the novel. This reading is done by observing every aspect of the text. Contextual meaning is greatly influenced by the social situation, time, place, and the relationship between the speaker and the listener. The results of this study in the form of a discussion of quotations in the novel, it was found that many words or expressions have different meanings from their literal meanings. For example, expressions such as "shut up", "village head", "nonsense", "take heart", "rumpled face", "know the taste", "folded forehead", "bracket", "sculpted", "two-three islands passed", "outboard motor", and "rotating wheels" show how meaning can shift depending on the social and emotional context in the story.

The flow of economic digitalization, including Fintech, has enormous potential to encourage more efficient allocation of economic resources and encourage increased productivity and provide greater benefits for customers. Electronic commerce (e-commerce) is an online channel that can be reached by individuals via computers, used by entrepreneurs to conduct business, and used by consumers to obtain information using computers. The type of research used in this research is using a qualitative descriptive type, namely research in the form of words, images and not numbers in collecting data with the aim of describing events obtained based on data in the field. The use of fintech and e-commerce has provided easy accessibility for consumers in financial transactions. For example, digital payment services allow consumers to pay bills, transfer money, or shop quickly and easily through apps on their phones. Superior user experience should also be a focus in this strategy.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, manusia terus berinovasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk teknologi, guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Allah SWT menciptakan manusia dengan akal yang memungkinkan mereka untuk berkembang dan beradaptasi, namun perkembangan ini tidak lepas dari dampak positif maupun negatif. Salah satu masalah yang selalu relevan adalah praktik riba yang dilarang dalam Islam. Riba memiliki dampak yang merugikan tidak hanya dalam perekonomian, tetapi juga dalam pola belanja umat Muslim, seperti peningkatan konsumsi yang tidak seimbang dan kerugian sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak riba terhadap pola belanja masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia dan untuk memahami implikasi hukum Islam mengenai riba. Hukum Islam, yang bersifat universal dan tidak terbatas pada satu zaman, memberikan solusi yang relevan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Alternatif pembiayaan tanpa bunga, seperti Qardhul Hasan dan pembiayaan syariah, merupakan solusi yang lebih adil dan sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pencarian data melalui internet untuk memperoleh informasi dari referensi, jurnal, dan artikel terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik riba dapat memperburuk krisis ekonomi, menciptakan ketidakadilan sosial, dan mempengaruhi kesehatan serta perilaku konsumtif masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang mendalam tentang riba sangat penting untuk menghindari dampak negatif tersebut dan membuat keputusan finansial yang bijak.

Using Puzzle Games To Increase Student Involvement In Learning in Elementary School

This study aims to increase student involvement in learning, namely IPAS on the material of plant parts using puzzle game in class IV SDN Ponteh 1 Pamekasan. This research used the PTK (Classroom Action Research) method which was conducted on October 26, 2024. The results showed that the puzzle game was eﬀective in increasing students involvement with 100% of students successfully completing the puzzle correctly. The activity of arranging the puzzle according to the instructions given by the researcher makes students more enthusiastic in learning. This shows that an interesting learning strategy can increase student participation and the success of the learning process. It is expected that this puzzle game can be used sustainably to maintain student involvement, and be considered in learning with diﬀerent material.

The Role of Libraries in Increasing Students' Interest in Reading

This research examines the role of the Tanamera 1 Elementary School library as a literacy and learning center through analysis of interviews with library managers and class teachers as well as questionnaires to 13 students in class V. The results show a high level of student satisfaction (92%) with library services, indicating success in creating an environment that supports interest in reading and learning. Libraries play an important role in supporting the school curriculum and developing students' information literacy skills. The circulation service received a perfect rating, reflecting good service quality. However, there are areas that require improvement, especially in terms of facility comfort. This research also reveals the potential for future library development, including modernizing collections and improving facilities. In conclusion, the SDN Tanamera 1 library has succeeded in meeting students' information needs and creating a strong literacy culture, but there is still room for further innovation and improvement.
